Ingredients: stems, leaves and flowers of the knotweed – Polygonum aviculare L., Polygonaceae family.
Action: Bleeding, antirheumatic, diuretic, remineralizing, slightly hypotensive, astringent, healing.
Application: traditionally in kidney, rheumatism, gout, hypertension, External wounds, hemorrhoids.
Preparation:
- Internal- infusion. A cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon pour product is covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain and consumed at room temperature.
- External – decoction. A cup of boiling water poured 3 tablespoons product, cover 10- 15 minutes.
Administration:
- Internal – 2 to 3 cups / day, lasting cures.
- External- local baths or poultices.
