Ingredients: oak bark – Quercus robur L., fam. Fagaceae.
Action: antiseptic, diarrheal, hemostatic, healing.
Application: traditionally diarrhea, enteritis, hemorrhage, external gingivitis, hemorrhoids, injuries.
Preparation:
- Internal – decoction. Two teaspoons product in 250 ml boiling water for 15-20 minutes, strain and drink at room temperature.
- External – concentrated decoction. Two tablespoons of product in 250 ml boiling water for 15-20 minutes, then filter.
Administration :
Internal – l cup to drink during the day.
External – gargle, local baths, compresses.
