Ingredients: Leaves of birch – Betula verrucosa Ehrh. sin. Ehrh Betula alba, Betula pendula Roth., K. lobe Betula, Betula rombifolia T. major Betula, Betulaceae family.
Action: diuretic, depurative, tonic capillary, cholesterol lowering.
Application: Traditionally partially remove calcium and cholesterol, treat edema, externally in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema.
Preparation:
- Internal: Infusion. A cup of boiling water is poured over 1-2 teaspoons birch leaves, cover 10-15 minutes, then strain. Drink as is or sweeten to taste.
- External: infusion 3-4 times more concentrated than Internal use.
Administration: Domestic 2-3 cups per day, external poultices.
