Ingredients: leaf plantain – Plantago sp. L., Plantaginaceae family.
Action: emollient, expectorant, cholesterol lowering agents, antiseptic, healing.
Application: traditionally chronic bronchitis, cough of various etiology, asthma, hypercholesterolemia.
External wounds, varicose ulcers, hemorrhoids, conjunctivitis.
Preparation: infusion. A cup of boiling water over 1 tablespoon pour product is covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain and consumed at room temperature.
Administration: Intern 2 cups / day. External poultices and compresses.
