Ingredients: marigold flowers – Calendula officinalis L. – marigold, family Compositae.
Action: healing, choleretic, cholagogue, emmenagogue.
Application: traditionally as an adjunct, in the treatment of gastric and duodenal diseases. For topical use can be used as an adjunct to local skin problems, like healing and food for superficial lesions, in case of solar erythema, superficial burns, nappy rash.
Preparation: Infusion. A cup of boiling water is poured over 1-2 teaspoons product is covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain and consumed unsweetened at room temperature.
Administration: 2-4 cups / day.
